LIVING ROOM

KITCHEN
The luxuriously appointed L-shaped open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a four-burner induction stove with integrated extractor, a combination oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The countertop and back wall are black granite, which is not only hard-wearing but also easy to clean. The white high-gloss kitchen cabinets are solid wood and all have soft-close closures. BALCONY
The balcony covers the entire width of the apartment and has a canopy near the terrace. You can sit here with a nice view over Meijel.
LAUNDRY ROOM / PANTRY
In the living room is also a door that gives access to a laundry room / pantry. This space has a white goods connection available. Also located here is the Nefit Ecomline HR boiler from 2008 and the WTW installation.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are located on the gallery side of the apartment. The master bedroom has two fixed windows the second bedroom has 1 window. The laminate flooring is from the reception hall laid without thresholds and also here the walls contain smooth stucco. The master bedroom also has a television connection.
BATHROOM
You can relax in this fine bathroom with large walk-in shower with a glass screen. There is a sink with a large drawer and a bathroom cabinet where you can put towels and shower gear. On the radiator you can dry the towels and there is mechanical ventilation. On the floor are dark tiles and the walls are fully tiled with a sleek, white tile.
GARAGE/STORAGE:
The parking garage is accessible from both the front and rear of the building and includes an electrically operated entrance gate. Internally, the garage is accessible via elevator. There is one numbered parking space per apartment and a lockable storage room for such things as bicycles.
